MBC Shahid has revealed the premiere date for the series “Benj Kli,” which will launch on Sunday, August 16th, making it the latest drama series to be offered on the platform this season.
The announcement revealed the initial plot points of the series, which revolves around Doaa, an anesthesiologist who decides to defy her father’s wishes and join a hospital, where she faces numerous professional and personal challenges.
During Doaa’s work, one of her patients reveals a mysterious secret upon waking from general anesthesia, leading her to confront a puzzle that sets her on a journey to uncover the truth. This journey brings her together with someone she once considered her adversary and enemy.
“Benj Kli” boasts a stellar cast, including Salma Abu Deif, Diab, Ola Roshdy, Kamal Abu Raya, Mohamed Mehran, and Salwa Mohamed Ali. The series is written by Mohamed Soliman Abdel Malek, directed by Nadine Khan, and produced by Abdullah Abu El-Fotouh. It falls under the medical drama genre.
