Journalist Amr El-Leithy revealed that the legendary actor Adel Emam is currently recording his memoirs, a welcome surprise for the iconic actor’s fans.
During his interview on the program “Theater of Life” with journalist Ali Al-Alyani, El-Leithy confirmed that he met with director Rami Emam, who informed him that his father is recording his memoirs for television. Rami explained that he is gathering questions from his father to document the history of the artistic movement that “El Zaaem Leader” (Adel Emam) spearheaded in Egypt’s history.
In response to rumors circulating about Adel Emam’s declining health, El-Leithy reassured his fans, confirming that he is in good health.
Regarding his close friendship with Adel Imam, El-Leithy explained that they share a strong bond. He noted that his uncle, Gamal El-Leithy, was the first to introduce Adel Imam to the screen in the film “Searching for a Scandal,” and that Adel Emam deeply appreciates his uncle’s belief in his talent and ability to star in a film.
The series “Valentino” in the Ramadan season of 2019 was the last work of the star Adel Emam, and he co-starred with the late artist Dalal Abdel Aziz, written by Ayman Bahgat Qamar, and directed by Rami Imam.
