Reda El Bahrawy announced his return to singing after only two months, following his mother’s death, by reversing his decision to retire.

El Bahrawy became a trending topic on social media after posting on his official Facebook page: “God forbid I envy… The lion is back!” This was a clear indication of his return to the music scene.

El Bahrawy appeared visibly moved during his first concert after his comeback, dedicating his songs to his mother’s memory in a touching gesture that resonated deeply with the audience and his fans.

El Bahrawy is currently preparing to release three new songs, which he recently finished filming. The songs range from dramatic ballads to upbeat, popular tracks.

Earlier, El Bahrawy had announced his retirement from singing in accordance with his mother’s wishes. He had previously posted a heartfelt message on his official Facebook page expressing his profound grief and stating that her loss was the greatest pain of his life.

Al-Bahrawi wrote, “Your departure was not easy for me, but it was inevitable. No pain compares to the pain of losing you, no memory is more terrible than the memory of your departure, and no sorrow surpasses the sorrow of your passing. Even if I owned the world and everything in it, nothing would compensate me for your presence. May you rest in peace, and may your sleep be peaceful, O dearest thing my heart has lost.”
