Superstar Mohamed Hamaki is gearing up to release his new album for summer 2026, titled “Samaouni” (Let Me Hear), amidst great anticipation from his fans in Egypt and the Arab world, especially as the release date draws near.
Hamaki shared a special promotional video for the album on his official Instagram account, featuring his daughter Fatima, who stole the show as the star of the trailer. In the video, she takes viewers on a journey showcasing her father’s most prominent artistic achievements and highlights from his famous songs. Hamaki simply captioned the video, “Coming soon.”
The new album includes approximately 10 songs, offering Hamaki a diverse musical experience that blends romantic and upbeat styles with modern rhythms.
For his part, lyricist Tamer Hussein excited fans with behind-the-scenes details on his personal account, praising Hamaki’s efforts: “My friend, the artist Mohamed Hamaki’s album is coming soon… God willing, you’ll like the songs… Hamaki put in a tremendous effort and worked with the most important songwriters in Egypt and the Arab world… May God grant you success, Hamaki, and may it be a huge hit!”
The album features close collaborations with a select group of top composers, lyricists, and arrangers, most notably Tamer Hussein, Amir Teima, Aziz El Shafei, Mohamed Yehia, Nader Hamdy, and Touma, ensuring a rich diversity of musical styles.
In addition to the varied musical arrangements, the album holds major artistic surprises for the audience. Behind-the-scenes hints at a highly anticipated duet between Mohamed Hamaki and the star Sherine Abdel Wahab, a collaboration described as having an exceptionally romantic feel.
