With the start of Ramadan each year, the competition isn’t limited to television series and programs; it extends strongly to social media platforms, especially YouTube. Content creators enter a fierce race for viewership and trending topics, striving to attract the largest possible audience during the holy month.

Ramadan 2026 witnessed a surge in YouTuber content, particularly with the diversity of ideas ranging from pranks and daily videos to street programs, alongside critical content that accompanies the airing of series. This created intense competition among content creators. A number of them managed to dominate the scene and achieve high viewership ratings thanks to providing fast-paced, light, and fresh content that aligns with the nature of Ramadan audiences, who tend to prefer short, entertaining videos after Iftar (the breaking of the fast).

Here are some of the most prominent YouTubers who appeared in the 2026 Ramadan season:

Ahmed Ramzy
Content creator and YouTuber Ahmed Ramzy participated in the 2026 Ramadan season with his first leading role in the series “Fakhr El Delta” (Pride of the Delta). The 30-episode comedy series follows a young man’s journey from a village in the Nile Delta to Cairo to break into the advertising industry, overcoming obstacles to prove his success.

He co-starred with Kamal Abu Raya, Tara Abboud, Hussein Fahmy, and Entisar. The series was written by Abdel Rahman Gawish and directed by Hadi Bassiouni.

Houda El Tanin
Mahmoud El Sisi, known as Houda El Tanin, participated in the prank show “Ramez Level El Wahsh” (Ramez Level of the Monster), hosted by Ramez Galal. He was a key element in the show’s pranks, with Ramez relying on him to provoke his guests in a comedic style.

He began his fame on Facebook and YouTube through short comedic videos depicting everyday life situations in a satirical and spontaneous manner.

Jana Al-Ashqar
Actress Jana Al-Ashqar participated in the 2026 Ramadan season in the series “Magical Eye,” starring Essam Omar and Bassem Samra. Jana started as a content creator (YouTuber and blogger), gaining fame on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram through short, comedic acting videos that relied on impersonation and mimicry of everyday situations with a satirical style.

Kenzy Madbouly
Kenzy Madbouly joined Ramez Galal’s team on the show “Ramez Level the Monster,” helping to trick guests and execute pranks.

She rose to prominence on Instagram and TikTok with short acting videos, distinguished by her ability to change her voice and impersonate various people in our daily lives. Contrary to popular belief, Kenzy didn’t rely solely on talent; she’s a graduate of the Faculty of Mass Communication, which helped her understand content creation and present it in an engaging way. She has always stated that her primary goal on social media is acting.

Yasmina El-Abd

Yasmina El-Abd appeared in Ramadan 2026 as the face of several promotional campaigns, targeting young people with a modern style. She began her journey on digital platforms to showcase her diverse talents, focusing on artistic content rather than simply entertaining traditional videos.
