The renowned artist Fifi Abdou is awaiting further medical tests and scans in the coming days to assess her health and determine the next course of treatment following the leg fracture she suffered recently.
In a touching voice message to the program “Mokhtalifa” (Different) on Al Shams TV, hosted by journalist Naglaa El Rawy, the artist revealed details of her current health condition, saying, “I have a few days left before I get scans to see if the fracture is healing properly or if I need surgery. I hope it heals on its own and I don’t need an operation.”
The star expressed her sincere gratitude to her fans and supporters who have been continuously checking on her and inquiring about her well-being. She asked them to continue praying for her recovery, commenting, “People’s love is a blessing from God. All these people are praying for me. God is great, and I am waiting for His grace.”
She indicated that this public support and encouragement gives her tremendous positive energy that boosts her morale during her treatment period, expressing her hope that the next x-rays will show the fracture healing naturally without the need for surgery.
Fifi Abdou suffered a broken leg after a sudden slip at home. She shared photos of herself in the hospital with her followers on her official Instagram account, reassuring them and explaining the cause of the accident: “Thank God for everything. My house flooded, and I slipped and broke my leg. May God compensate me and heal me and all the sick. Say Amen, O Lord of the Worlds.”
It is worth noting that Fifi Abdou’s last dramatic appearance was in the series “Shughl Fi El Aali” (Work in High School), in which she starred alongside Sherine Reda, and with the participation of stars Mohamed Radwan, Tony Maher, and Basma Daoud. The series was written by Hussein Mustafa Muharram and directed by Marcus Adel.
