The spread of this type of content is attributed to several factors, most notably the widespread popularity of YouTube and short-video platforms like TikTok and Facebook Reels, in addition to the Egyptian public’s interest in food and trying different restaurants. He is a famous Egyptian food content creator and, by profession, a dentist. Known for his innovative approach to reviewing restaurants and food products on social media, he won the Best Food Content Creator in the Middle East award in 2022.
Monaesh
This is the nickname of Egyptian content creator Ahmed Abdel Moneim. He stands out for his unique style, often trying dishes at home after ordering from restaurants to avoid the special treatment he might receive in the restaurant. Mohamed Hazem
He is a prominent Egyptian food content creator and a well-known figure in the world of restaurant and cooking reviews on social media platforms.

Mostafa Mahmoud, known as “Mazagangi,” is considered the godfather of this field in its current form.
