How do you balance your work as a pharmacist with content creation?

At first, it was very exhausting, and I felt like I was doing two jobs at once. However, I realized that my work as a pharmacist is essentially part of the content I create, and that’s when it became less burdensome and more harmonious.

What’s the best way to present simplified medical information without compromising its accuracy?

This is one of the most difficult equations, but I’ve come to realize that the secret lies in focusing on the problem itself, not the way it’s explained. When I think about what the girl who follows me is going through and how she feels, I find that simplifying the information happens naturally without compromising its accuracy.

Are there companies that benefit from your fame for advertising?

Absolutely, it happens often. Some companies try to sell their products by any means and see influencers as a way to do so. However, I have very clear criteria for any advertisement, and if I’m not convinced about a product for personal use, it’s impossible for me to recommend it, no matter the offer, because the trust of my followers is more valuable than anything.

Before promoting any product, do you try it?

This isn’t optional; it’s essential. I’ve actually had negative skin reactions to some products while trying them, and I experienced some serious problems. But I believe this is part of professional integrity. I’ve also learned that the ingredients listed on the label can be completely different from their actual effects on the skin.

What are the most common mistakes in skincare routines?

The biggest mistakes are imitating others’ routines without considering skin type differences, and the belief in the existence of “perfect skin,” which causes significant psychological stress that sometimes outweighs the problem itself.

Has medical content become a substitute for the role of the pharmacist?

No, of course not. The content aims to raise awareness, but it doesn’t replace consulting a specialist who can examine the condition directly.

Each role is important, and neither can be dispensed with.

What distinguishes your content from others?

I have a real, personal experience with skin problems, and I didn’t just provide theoretical information. This is what made me combine science and experience to help girls understand their skin correctly.

With the proliferation of medical content creators, how can followers feel reassured?

Transparency is key. Followers should ask: Is this person speaking from real experience? What is the source of their information? Every girl should also be more aware of her own skin type, as it’s not a field for random experiments.

How does a female content creator start in the medical field?

The goal shouldn’t be to imitate others, but to provide genuine value or new information. The message is what distinguishes a content creator and gives them credibility.

What were the biggest challenges while filming and editing videos?

I faced many challenges, the most prominent being the difficulty of filming in a noisy environment. For example, I would film with a small child in the next room, which made shooting a one-minute video take a long time. However, these challenges taught me patience. I also faced constant pressure to produce creative content while maintaining accuracy, which motivated me to continuously improve myself.
